Do you binge eat?
Have you ever asked ourself, "Did I really eat that much?". Due to the holidays and being surrounded by family and friends, we often loose track of exactly what we put in our mouth. The answer is usually a resounding YES. While most people occasionally overeat, others go on regular "binges", consuming large amounts of food in a short time.People who binge often do so because of emotional trama rather than the basic need for food. Obviously, this behavior can lead to weight gain and more serious health problems.
QUESTION: What advice do you have for someone who may be a binge eater?

I personaly have no problem eating a lot. When ever I eat I just tell myself I will work it out of my system by running or doing a sport.
I don't eat that often so i have more of a problem with not eating instead of eating to much. Actually to tell you the truth the last time I ate was yesterday morning. I'm never hungry , and drama just distracts my mind. So it really doesn't make me think of food at all. I could gain and a few punds and not look overweight but i'm pretty sure that if i lose like 5 more i'd look anerexic...
